Chris Watkins is a dedicated real estate professional with the Mike Watkins Real Estate Group, bringing a unique blend of construction expertise and client-focused service to buyers and sellers throughout central Indiana. A graduate of Roncalli High School (2001), Chris earned his Associate of Science in Architectural Technology (2003) and Bachelor of Science in Construction Technology (2005) from IUPUI. He has been serving clients since obtaining his Indiana real estate license in 2003.
Chris specializes in residential real estate and new construction, where his background in construction technology provides a distinct advantage for clients navigating home design, building, and property evaluation. His ability to understand the structural and functional aspects of a home allows him to guide clients with confidence, helping them make informed decisions whether buying, building, or selling. He is also a graduate of Star Power University’s Buyer Specialization Course, further strengthening his expertise in delivering a high-level client experience.
Throughout his academic career, Chris earned numerous honors, including recognition in Alpha Lambda Delta, Phi Eta Sigma, Golden Key International Honour Society, and Tau Alpha Pi National Honor Society. He was also awarded the Outstanding Baccalaureate Degree Graduate Award in Construction Technology from the Purdue School of Engineering and Technology at IUPUI.
Outside of real estate, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife, Kristina, and their two children, Addison and Jameson. An avid athlete, he has completed both the Louisville Ironman (2017) and Wisconsin Ironman (2022), reflecting the same discipline and determination he brings to his clients every day.
