Patrick Watkins is a seasoned real estate professional and Co-Owner/Managing Broker of the Mike Watkins Real Estate Group, one of the top-performing real estate teams in the Indianapolis metro area. A graduate of Center Grove High School (1994) and the University of Indianapolis (Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Graphic Design, 1999), Patrick has been serving clients since earning his Indiana real estate license in 1997.
With nearly three decades of experience, Patrick specializes in residential sales, new construction, and strategic home marketing. His background in marketing and design—combined with hands-on construction insight—allows him to guide clients through every step of the buying, building, and selling process with clarity and confidence. He is also a Real Estate Cyberspace Specialist and a graduate of Star Power University’s Buyer Specialization Course.
Patrick’s industry leadership extends beyond transactions. He has served as a real estate Instructor and was selected to teach at multiple national Star Power Conferences, including Anaheim, San Antonio, San Francisco, and New York City. His commitment to the profession is further demonstrated through service on the Metropolitan Board of Realtors Grievance Committee and recognition in Who’s Who in Real Estate.
Deeply connected to the community, Patrick serves on the Board of Trustees at the University of Indianapolis, Greyhound Club Board Member, and is a past Chair of its Board of Advocates. His dedication to service has earned him the 2024 F.C. Bud Tucker Community Service Award and the 2025 Spirit Award for ethical business practices and community involvement which includes providing Christmas presents for over 120 senior citizens a year with his brother, Chris and staff.
Patrick has been married to his wife Barbara for 25 years and enjoys spending time with their two children, Jackson and Miley. Outside of real estate, he can often be found on the golf course or pickleball court.
